I need the steps to install a TRK synologic DSM 4.3

You need to install JRE to run Java apps (like TRK Java). Then you need to put TRK jar, settings.xml and rules.xml to your linux box and run your torrent client that can work through HTTP proxy. You can find tutorial for the most popular torrent clients here:
