hello! i have emailed the logfile at the above-mentioned email address. am hopeful that a solution would eventually emerge out of this. 
just now, my eyes fell on this thread:

perhaps, deluge itself has some issue on my linux-box, for the particular tracker? i'll myself update deluge sometime and check, and if the issue persists, i'll leave it be. i have rtorrent+rutorrent anyway doing a good job with TRK. plus, have got my old laptop too revived, which is acting as another download-machine, so don't bother with yourself the issue anymore.
