Calculate upload boost speed !

As you program deals with % its very hard to choose the right speed to my connection so i avoid too high upload speed and detection is there any formula or easy way to calculate expected upload speed from the upload boost % ?

If you are increasing Upload on 10% it means your speed is 110%-165%. Its very easy to calculate:
new_speed = real_speed + (real_speed*increase_value)/100

Please tell me if its clear.
