i have a full version of TRK monster off late i am not getting the fake upload ratio well ie

if my setting is 1000 % of download should be added to upload but it is uploading 100 % only ..

Check Expert Settings please. Is "Disable the Smart Traffic Multiplier" on? If you turn it on, TRK will use exact upload increase percent.
