Trial over and I have paid for monster

I have paid on July 3rd 2016 for TRK Monster, today when I open TRK it says, your trial is over?
What's wrong? I have send e-mail to admin@torrentratiokeeper.com and support@torrentratiokeeper.com my mail returned and says:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es)
failed
Can someone help me to get back my TRK or answer me what to do next?
