Torrent Ratio Keeper "Leecher" and "Monster" versions have "Default settings" in trackers list. This is very useful at first program start. When you set Increase Upload level and Decrease Download Level for "Default settings" it will apply for all new trackers that will be added to list after you start Torrent Client.

If you don't want increase uploaded traffic for new trackers, you can just remove check box on "Default settings" row. This way if Torrent Ratio Keeper will detect new tracker, it will not increase uploaded traffic.
