What is the best Torrent Ratio Keeper Monster settings?

Hey, Im on a private bittorrent website, And I need to get my ratio up badd...
What should my increase upload traffic my maximum is 1000
and what should my decrease download traffic my max is 100
I want it to be the fastest to get my ratio up
