Hi!

Please use TRK Java version on Windows 8. You need to configure your torrent client to use TRK as HTTP proxy. You can download Java version here:
http://www.torrentratiokeeper.com/downl ... onster.jar
You can find tutorial for several torrent clients here:

Feel free to ask any questions.

Did you set TRK as HTTP proxy on uTorrent settings?

Please answer on these questions:
1. Do you have any firewall or antivirus?
2. Did you block java on windows firewall?
3. Please try to enter TRK settings to your browser like Firefox or IE. Do you see the domains on the list?

Having the same problem under Windows Server 2012.
Even made a post.

Any release upgrade planned?

Can't you build a native version to work as proxy instead of capturing the program executable?

I can't install Java under that server.

TRK is x86 application and can work only with 32bit apps, while most of PCs use 64bit OS and soft now. We have a plan to rewrite TRK from scratch to 64bit platforms, but we cannot tell you when we will release it.
Try to install Oracle java or Open JDK to launch Java apps please.

please update the old 4.6 version and as a suggestion don't use java as it has lots of 0-day vulnerabilities that can compromise your system

you just have to update this and port to windows 8
I know it's a bit tricky as a developer
I am a developer myself and I had to port my software to windows 8 also and it was just a few hours work

We are looking for solution for win8. Main problem is 64bit OS, while TRK is 32bit app.
